Can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling 48 hours or more before your appointment:

If you wish to reschedule your at-home appointment and provide at least 48 hours' notice before, there will be no additional charges. Please contact the healthcare practitioner on the number that they called you to arrange your appointment with. 


If you can't reach them, you can call our testing provider Inuvi's customer care team on 0118 403 2414. Or email both and to inform them. They are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. 


Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment:

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours you will need pay the reschedule fee of £59. Please visit our reschedule appointment page by clicking here. 


Once you have purchased this we will update Inuvi and you will be contacted by the healthcare practitioner to rearrange your appointment date and time. This can take up to 2 working days.
