What should I do if I don’t receive my confirmation code?

When you sign up for the Ivie Wellness app, we send you a confirmation code via email to add an extra layer of security to your account.

If you can't see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder, as it may have been sent there.

If you can't find the email in your junk, try adding no-reply@iviewellness.co to your Safe Senders list in your mail account. This will stop the confirmation code from being blocked by your email provider.
