What should I do with my test kit if it has expired?

If your test kit has expired, please dispose of it in your general household waste.

If you ordered your test within the last 90 days and you find your kit has already expired, please contact us at help@iviewellness.co – making sure to include your order number – to request a replacement kit or a refund.

However, if it's been over 90 days since you ordered your test kit, we won't be able to send you a replacement kit or process a refund.
