What should I do if my test kit arrives damaged?

We’re sorry your test has arrived damaged. We do our best to ensure all test kits reach you in perfect quality, but on rare occasions, tests can become damaged in transit.

Please email us at help@iviewellness.co with your name, order number, order date, and photos of your damaged test. We’ll do our best to get back to you within 72 hours and to resolve your issue.
