What should I do if my test kit has expired?

Please don’t use your test if it’s expired. 

If you notice your kit has expired and you purchased it within the last 30 days, we’ll happily send you a replacement.  Simply send us an email at help@iviewellness.co, making sure to include your name, order number and the date you placed your order. We’ll get back to you within 72 hours.

However, if it’s been longer than 30 days since you purchased your test, you’ll need to order a new one. 

We advise you get rid of your outdated test kit in your general household waste. The box itself can be recycled.
