I missed the call to book my appointment. What should I do?

Don't worry if you missed the call to book your appointment. The practitioner will attempt to call back up to 7 times, so simply wait for the next call.

If you've missed multiple calls, please feel free to contact the practitioner that was trying to reach you directly. You can also our clinical partner's customer care team on 0118 403 2414.

To cancel your appointment, please email phlebotomy@inuvi.co.uk. You'll be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Note: Please make sure your kit has arrived before your appointment.
